Paulina Rubio Dosamantes (born June 17, 1971) is a nominated Grammy and Latin Grammy and 6 time winner of Billboard Latin Music Awards Mexican singer and actress. Known as "The Golden Girl" and "Queen of Latin Pop". Paulina achieved international stardom with her fifth studio album, Paulina (2000), and has sold over 20 million albums worldwide.
Her albums have garnered double gold and double platinum status in the U.S., triple platinum and diamond in Mexico, and platinum in Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela.
English-speakers recognize her from her 2002 single "Don't Say Goodbye (Si Tu Te Vas). Causa y Efecto, the first single from her most recent album Gran City Pop, reached the #1 spot on radio in many Latin American countries, as well as the U.S. and Spain. It reached #1 on U.S. Billboard's "Hot Latin Tracks". "Causa y Efecto"is Paulina's first number one single in the Billboard Hot Latin Songs since Ni Una Sola Palabra in 2006.

En una entrevista argentina paulina hablo de sus planes futuros:

"Tengo una nueva cancion super rockera para todas las discotecas, se llama "Algo De Ti." El video lo estoy presentando en las proximas DOS semanas. Y voy a estar con la gira, que para mi es nueva porque aunque llevamos 3 sencillos, es un disco nuevo y todo es muy reciente. Vamos a comenzar el tramo europeo del tour el 31 de mayo, y seguire tocando en vivo, que es lo mio, hasta Diciembre!"
