Latina's September cover girl, Paulina Rubio reportedly kept true to the promise she made to her fans last week during her Tweetcam chat and announced today that she is pregnant with a baby boy. The pregnant Mexican pop star told ¡Hola! magazine that she has decided to name the little man Nicolas, after her hubby and the child's father, Nicolas Vallejo-Nájera. However, when reached for comment, her manager denied the reports, telling Latina.com, "I am told that is false and she hasn't announced anything."

Although Rubio had openly wished for a little girl, we're sure she will be super happy that her child is healthy, no matter the sex of the baby! During last week's Tweetcam talk, she told us that she craves carrots with lemon and cayenne pepper, pickles, fish tacos al pastor and breaded shrimp with chipotle mayonnaise. Rubio is due in November.

Got Milk?

Pop diva Paulina Rubio and her mother actress Susana Dosamantes will be the faces of the newest "Got Milk" campaign that will be geared for Latin audiences. The official campaign will be unveiled during an event in Miami August 3, 2010.

In the meantime, the singer's US website has posted a picture from the "Got Milk" photo shoot, showing mother and daughter with twin milk mustaches. The words "Causa y Efecto" (Cause and Effect) on the ad copy refer to both Rubio's hit single of the same name and to the mother-daughter commitment to drinking milk. As with past "Got Milk" campaigns featuring Latin celebrities, ads are expected to run in Spanish language publications.

June 21, 2010---Accompanied by her husband Colate, a very pregnant and slightly plump Paulina Rubio paraded on the red carpet of Miami Beach's Fillmore to reunite with her friends in a benefit concert for the Lili Claire Foundation, which helps children and families from low-income households, in order to construct a family center called "The City of Sun" with the money ac Paulina Rubio crued from the concert.

 The big surprise of the night was Ricky Martin, who once again made the call to support and lend a hand to those in need, especially the children.

"My friends are excellent musicians and like always will give their best in order to make this big night unforgettable" said Paulina Rubio.

Jeff Simmons, the director of community relations for Lili Claire, expressed his appreciation for Paulina Rubio and her ability to round up her friends to commit to such a noble cause.

"Her contribution towards 'Paulina & Friends' will be spectacular and the foundation is forever grateful for your contribution."
